A general body meeting was held at La Fusion, Sector 11, Panchkula, on 27 Aug 12 (Monday) at 1830 hrs onwards to discuss the suggestions received from our esteemed group members and to finalize the Committee Members for smooth functioning of the group. The suggestions and observations were discussed in detail and finally after thorough deliberations, the committee as per the following details has been constituted:

With regards to annual contribution, the matter was discussed in the said GBM and it was decided unanimously that an amount of Rs.1100/- towards annual contribution should be collected from all the members of the group. The amount shall be deposited (latest by 15 Sep 2012) with Sh. Sanjiv Sukhija and Sh. Ajay Singla for members residing in Panchkula and Sh. Rajesh Verma and Sh. Sanjeev Arora can be approached for members residing in Chandigarh and Mohali.
Expenditures incurred upon the parties and General Body Meetings, will be borne by the participating members only.
